how do the product prices work?
Our prices are the same online as you’re charged in-store. You can expect a little variation in the receipt total for items sold by weight, but your personal shopper will do their best to accurately meet your request. The total you see confirmed at online checkout is authorized only and may temporarily settle at a higher value on your card to account for any price changes in store.
how about substitutes and price changes?
Your personal shopper texts you if an item you request is out of stock, and offers a substitute that may have a different price than your original item. If there is a cumulative difference of more than $2 then you’ll be texted about that too. When you check out, you choose between two options about what your personal shopper should do if they don’t hear back from you. Either you ask them to use their expert judgment to select a substitute or to skip the item.
how does the texting work?
When you check out, we'll ask you to verify a phone number. Your personal shopper will text you about unavailable items and communicate how much time is left until your order is closed to changes. If they don’t hear back from you within that time, your order will be closed to changes and the personal shopper will follow your instructions selected at online checkout: either skip the item or replace it with something similar. Don't worry!, Your number is always kept anonymous.
what about delivery times?
We offer same day or next day unattended delivery! Orders should be placed by 10 a.m. and can be requested for delivery by 4 p.m. that same day or 4 p.m. the following day.
what’s unattended delivery?
It means your groceries wait for you! We drop your groceries at your doorstep and you don't need to be home to receive them. Your groceries are packed in special boxes with freeze packs, so your veggies stay fresh and your ice cream stays frozen. Your groceries are guaranteed fresh for four hours after your delivery time. For example, if you order for delivery by 4 p.m., your groceries are guaranteed until 8 p.m.
what about food safety?
We pack your groceries into bags just like you would when shopping in store. Then they’re packed into food-safe plastic boxes. If your order has any refrigerated or frozen items, we put them in boxes lined with special insulation and freeze-packs that keep the items at the recommended temperatures to ensure the food’s quality.
what do i do with the boxes & freeze-packs?
Please leave them where you found them! A courier will be back the next day to pick them up.
how will i know when my groceries have been delivered?
When our courier drops off your groceries, we’ll text you that your order has been delivered.
how to order from past orders?
Order history can be accessed from the desktop website in the "My Orders" section. This feature is not currently available in the iOS app but we are working hard to bring it to you soon!
